Admission to Reception classes September 2026
The application period for entry to reception in September 2026 is now open.
If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2021, you can apply now.
Applications can be made any time between 1 September 2025 and 15 January 2026.
Make sure you apply by 15 January 2026, as applications received after this date may not be considered until after National Offer Day, which could mean you may not get a school you prefer.

Documents can be uploaded securely and attached to your application once submitted.
National offer day will take place on Thursday 16th April 2026. If you apply online, you will receive the outcome by email on the evening of 16th April. Offers to paper applicants will be made by letter, posted on national offer day by first class mail. All offers come from Bexley Council.
Admission to Secondary School September 2026
If your child was born between 1st September 2014 and 31st August 2015, it is now time to apply for a secondary school place.

Determination 1.49 All admission authorities must determine their admission arrangements, including their PAN, every year, even if they have not changed from previous years and a consultation has not been required by 28 February in the determination year.
1.50 Once admission authorities have determined their admission arrangements, they must notify the appropriate bodies and must publish a copy of the determined arrangements on the school’s website or their own website (in the case of a local authority) by 15 March in the determination year and continue displaying them for the whole offer year (the school year in which offers for places are made). Admission authorities must also send a copy of their full, determined arrangements to the local authority as soon as possible before 15 March in the determination year.
